Cambodian culture essentially restarted in 1993 when the nation gained independence and religious freedom. Since that time, the Cambodian church has seen unprecedented growth and a large number of first-generation believers are emerging.
Joining in this movement, CRWM works with a number of local organizations to respond to the need for holistic and sustainable leadership development. We especially focus ministry in Phnom Penh, the nation's capital, as many young leaders are moving to the city for careers and education.
The focus of CRWM in Cambodia is increasing capacity of national church and Christian leaders for holistic mission through leadership development and ministry coordination with partner groups, incorporating the transformational network strategy.
